We have been constantly attacked by spammers from past one week and I was absorbing the source of that. Finally I have installed a wonderful security tool called Akismet, which allow us to fight back with a ease.
It saves lot of time as it automatically detect the spam and blacklist that. It work silently and eat unwanted comments, trackbacks, ping backs comes to our blog.
For the record, people with destructive mind frame uses automated software to post comments in bulk. I was using Spam Karma before to my other blogs, but now feel Akismet is a better solution to prevent this.
