Indeed. i feel the PROBLEM itself is not clear. so multi-faceted, that you really cannot isolate one. Most of them got to be link. “cause and effect” , one leading to another, one aiding another. i think INDIA in this hour does not need to stand together, it needs to FIGHT together. reminds me of SRK’s promo. on its time to DO. unfortunately its “TIME TO REACT”.. JAI HIND!

Madhur… i agree that it is vital to oppose the conditions that foster terrorism and very thoughtful of u to bring to our notice – ” absence of Mr,Thackeray n his Vanar sena..”

Well,some of the world’s problems are too complex and too deeply rooted to be resolved.

I loved reading every word of it..

For every night there is a dawn awaiting us…

We the people of the WORLD need to take a stand for HUMANITY, not with biases and blames but with the conviction that each of us can make a difference. Lets together take responsibility FOR OUR COUNTRY, FOR OUR WORLD.

How many days will we live in INDIFFERENCE AND IN DENIAL, For how long will we keep our eyes closed, how many hours will we spend waiting for someone else to make a difference.

It is time for us to come together to spread Love and compassion TO ONE AND ALL, after all we are HUMANS above religion, colour, caste, creed and gender.

All it takes is to voice our message of love…..and the world will LISTEN… because we all want the same thing – LOVE, PEACE and HAPPINESS

In light of the tragedy that has struck Mumbai let us all gather together on SUNDAY the 30th Nov 08 at The Jantar Mantar at 5 pm to show the world we are ONE in our stand for LOVE.

Like Tagore said:

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up

into fragments by narrow domestic walls;
Where words come out from the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason

has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action—
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

U r true in many sense but I dont think that its our so called Majboori that we are always back to normal in 1-2 days after such incidents. This is our spirit which says that these handful of terrorists will never be able to dampen it. Yes, its really sad that many lives have been lost in this attack and now its a time to react but the irony is that we only think like this whenevr this kind of situation occurs..otherwise we are all happy in our own lives. Its high time now…each one of us should come forward to fight this battle.

Fear should be on a face of terriost, not at common man. We/Govt should take a strict action on the same.

The blog clearly shows a confused state of mind, and shocked too. But sitting at a week down the line, I strongly beleive the attachs are a frustration act.
“Kashmir”, yes is the heart and rest all are the effects of its malfunctioning.
So what’s the underline issue??

The issue is not Kashmir, but Kashmir broken in two parts (India and Pakistan). The issue could be sorted in a way by demarcating current control as border, but in that case there will be no politics left in both the countries. You need to appreciate that both the countries are newly born (not even a century old) and had strong economic advantage at their birth. This advantage stoops the politics to a level where the sentiments are “generated” within people using the hatred politics.
Both of us has been doing it for past 60 years. Now, the economic advantage is diminishing in one of the country and politics in their attempt to hold on their “hatred”, has no choice but to take the other country stoop to level of economic disadvantage as it is in.
Now, it not the question of demarcating border, but the politics has made it such large and engraved in past 60 years that it is now whole of Kashmir (either this way or other).
Whether we like it or not, that’s the only way.
And if that’s the only way, lets face it. Let the people from both sides battle and decide which way Kashmir is.
We need to show some courage and fight out if we want safe future for our generations.
Its time now NOT to look towards politics to react, but us to “ACT”, and act NOW. Do not give any room to politics to play the hatred card for next 60 years. I know, we have not chosen this hatred, but we are born with it and if we want genrations to come should not be born with it, “FIGHT” out NOW

What we want at this hour is a “BATTLE”, a battle for our prosperity, a battle to end hatred.

So, force the politics to open borders and “ATTACK” and end all the terror factories.
Get in Kashmir or die (as you dont deserve in that case)

This may initially heighten hatred, but in next 60 years, that could be eased out as politics will not have any fire (Kashmir) to bake hatred on.

I believe that its time for us to stop talking about what needs to be done for a better india, safer india , a more democratic and secular india and start taking actions.

The time has gone when we would sit back and hope that our demands will be met automatically or by the politicians – who have taken the common man for granted and has used him as a deck of cards to achieve his greedy and power driven motives.

The current situation can only be solved if the youth of india come together and take a strong stand against corruption, corrupt politics and develop a steady and fool proof plan to provide the security and safety that every indian deserves .

The kashmir issue will also play a influential role in deciding our relations with pakistan but that is only if pakistan agrees to take an actual stand against terrorism and stop harvesting LEt militants and others on their soil and also stop giving shelter to international terrorist such as dawood ibrahim.

I know it sounds a little dramtic but if we want to make a difference we will have to stand up for our rights and believe that we can do it.

Dear Madhukar,

The question is how to strengthen our corrupt,weak,lazzy system.

To replace this corrupt political system, intellegent, honest and educated people like you and me should ENTER IN TO POLITICS.

Remember out freedom struggle. Intellectuals and acadametians were on the for- front.

When we choose to sit and blame.. nothing will change.

We will be forced to elect those third class school drop-outs,thives and goongas, criminals as our representatives !

Then, how will things change ?

Come forward !

Let us meet atleast once a month.

Let’s make a forum of vigilent citizens. Let’s plan. Let’s attract more people.

Let’s discuss, Let’s take some action plans rather than just discussing !

Let’s take active interest in politics.

afterall, political set-up determines our security and well-being?

Are you hearing me ?

Then contact
