Rally in small / mid caps has caught small investors napping and they are still rubbing their eyes in disbelief. Meanwhile we at forum4ca had pre-informed and recommended to buy small and mid-caps stocks almost 10 days earlier.

Our yesterday’s recommendation on bank index and stocks from banking sector was a real clincher!! We hope you did enjoy!!!

Today, indices need to clear and stay above 11640 (3485) for major part of the day to rise to 11709 (3506) where they will face resistance. Only above 11725 (3515) can we expect a continuation of current upmove. Else, expect correction in coming days. Support exists at 11565 (3460) & 11500 (3440) below which a very sharp & quick slide to 11358 (3396) is highly possible.

Stay invested in banks. – dena bank is our best bet from this sector. Buy & more at every decline for super-duper gains. Above 42 sky is the limit. Anyways, 52 is the logical target and then expect it to hit century in next 3 to 6 months time.

HPCL & BPCL are on fire!!! Hpcl’s first target is at 380 & ultimate short term target is at 415. While bpcl needs to clear 470 mark to move to 520 in coming days.

STRIDES ARCOLAB – buy only above 362 for explosive move to 400 with minor resistance at 370 – 372. Stock has strong support at 345.

RANBAXY – needs to clear 465 for first stop at 480, 530 & 550. Strong support exists at 425.
Mid & small caps now offer quite a big opportunity. Today, we attempt to bring a few gem of stocks ripe for upward move.

GEOJIT SECURITIES – is seeing quite an action in last few days with huge delivery based buying. We strongly recommend to buy with stoploss placed at 195. Above 210, stock will shoot up with venegeance to 235 with minor resistance at 218.

GUJ. NRE COKE – is highly undervalued and under-rated stock at current levels. Smart investors have already entered the stock. Buy with stoploss placed at 97.50 for target of 115, 124 & 133. Stock will show it’s real strength only above 112.

VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES – post merger this stock is a real goldmine. Having interests in realty, oil, refining, consumer durables & investments. Stock is underpriced at present. We have been observing a flurry of silent activity represented by huge volumes and equally big deliveries being picked up everyday for past week. Above 440, stock will zoom to 480 & 500 in swift move. An excellent investment stock. Can be held for longer term – a multi-bagger in the making!!!!
