DEAR FRIENDS,

This is one area where many of us and the world at large is interested. But only a few are successful in making money from STOCK MARKET. What is the reason?

The reason is very simple. We play in the stock market but do not follow the simple rules of buying and selling.There are many tips flying in the markets like buy this and buy that but only in the times of bull phase. Like one of our friend is recommending buy a particular stock.But if you happen to be a regular observor of the stock market you can remember that a few months back the Sensex Index was at around 6000 lewel and it rules at ar 8700 level. The real investor shold have purchased his stocks at that level and should be booking his part profits by now.

Here i would like to discuss some simple rules from my own experience of 20 years which should be followed by every one who so ever wants to make money. It will be in series.

First is Dont go with the market sentiment. work ahead of others.

In the days of bear movement when the market is in the deep red, dont get carried in the sentiment to sell what ever you have , in stead go against the market and start consolidating your good stocks.

Similarly, when the market is rising dont go for buying at all levels, dont go with the market ,because every one is buying, market never moves in one direction for ever. Smart are those who sell before the market starts sliping downwards. Therefor , starts selling the stock which you have purchased when every one was selling and hence booking a handsome gain.
