Absolutely right :)

This is some thing I was looking for. A general awareness amongst the investors about Right and Wrong moves.

I believe 70% of the small investors falls into trap of “speculative trading”.

I like to read your views in this issue and also request you to write more on this subject.

How do you feel about writing a complete how to’s on understanding the fundamentals of stock market?

Cheers !!

Well..i some how dont agree with you in its entirety…to some extend i would agree with you. One should try an aprehend the market and make his move accordingly. this market is more driven by sentimentals rather than fundamentals. u do come across man tips but you got to chose on which you have to put your money. But i wil always suggest that always sail with the tide.

The difference in approach is dependednt on whether u r a Trader or Investor.. a trader would obviously like to go with moods of markets but an investor can go the ways suggested by Mr. Vaid.

Thus firstly one shud decide with how much timeframe in mind he/she is entering the market..

Rahul,

Can u please elaborate on what you mean by ‘time frame’.

time frame obvioulsy meant by the time one is investing for…

If u are a investor, than u can buy the scrips when everyone are selling. The reasoning behind is that the markets are bound to bounce back. After every bear run, certaininty for bull run is existant. So an investor who can wait for a decent time can take the courage to put money into falling markets.

On the other hand, a trader doesnt likes his money to get blocked for even a month. Thus he sells when everyone is selling and wait for inception of bull run to money back into market.

Thus, before entering into stock market, one should be very clear in his mind that what kind of player he is – Investor or Trader??
